June down 15% ... but not the worst ever


Garden Centre sales in June 2016 were 15% down on last year according to GTN Bestsellers volume sales EPoS data but for those who remember the summers of 2011 and 2012 the performance was a great improvement, up 20% on 2011 and up 10% on 2012.



The poorer than last year June sales means we reach the half year with a GTN Bestsellers All Products Index down 3% on last year which is dissapointing to many, but up 16% on the first half of 2012.
