Make your marketing engaging for everyone

Hospitality and food marketer and trainer, Karen Fewell will be sharing some of the findings from her recent family dining study, exploring what family-friendly looks like in the digital era.

She’ll also discuss generational appeal and how to make your marketing engaging for everyone.

You’ll learn about psychology’s role in marketing and how consumer decisions around food and eating out are made.

Karen will take you through her guide to using this new knowledge to drive food sales and increase footfall. With years of experience training leading hospitality brands in social media and marketing, this session promises to be full of practical industry examples, helpful hints and tips, plus ideas to inspire you.
