Garden Re-Leaf Day gets the season off to a sunny start

Garden Re-Leaf Day got the season off to a bright and sunny start with a variety of FUNdrasing events for Greenfingers Charity across the country.

 

Garden Re-Leaf Day walkers and cyclists assembled at Dobbies Aylesbury Garden Centre to take part in either a sponsored 10 mile walk, a 20 mile walk or 100 mile cycle ride.

 

Woodmansterne raised over £2,540 from their walkers and FUNdraising back at their factory in Watford.

 

British Garden Centres had different FUNdraising activities in all of their centres.

 

Millbrook Garden Centres ran a Virtual Plant Donation scheme over the weekend and Perrywood raised £1500 at their annual Quiz night for Garden Re-Leaf Day, won by the "The Wild Bunch (Not!)" , below.

Garsons announced Greenfingers as their charity of the year on garden Re-Leaf Day.

and on QVC, Richard Jackson led an afternoon of FUNdraising linked to product sales.
