Four Oaks Horticulture to remain under current ownership

Following the announcement in September that Four Oaks Horticulture Ltd – owner of the Four Oaks Trade Show and Four Oaks Nurseries Ltd – was to be sold, Richard Harding has instructed the selling agents Timothy Lea & Griffiths to take the business off the market.

The decision was taken despite there being several offers for the business.

The management of the nursery will be restructured, giving opportunities for advancement within the company and allowing Richard Harding to take semi retirement, which was the reason for putting the business up for sale.

Pat Coutts will continue in the role of Trade Show Director.

Extension of the popular exhibition house E by HBS Design is planned to take place immediately after the 2017 show in readiness for 2018.
