Coaching Award for Glendoick Operations Director

Heather Borderie (centre), Operations Director of Glendoick Garden Centre has graduated with the Institute of Leadership and Management's Level 3 Award in Coaching.

Heather told GTN Xtra, "I think this is a good example of how garden centres need to move with the times and how staff development needs to be continually focussed on!"

The qualification involved Heather taking part in three days of face-to face training in coaching skills.

Jane Cox (second right), Director of Glendoick Garden Centre told their local newspaper: "I have watched Heather put her heart and soul into what has been a lengthy commitment and Glendoick is reaping the benefits."
