Tong serve eviction notice on dinosaur park

Tong Garden Centre has served an eviction notice on the owner of the ‘Dinosaur Discovery’ attraction set up on an adjacent woodland site just a few months ago.

The notice alleges that Christian Cristobal breached the terms of his contract with Tong by selling tickets online and witholding the receipts. He was told he had until 4pm yesterday (Friday 17 October) to vacate the site

Mr Cristobal in turn claims Tong have not passed on his share of receipts for tickets told by the garden centre between April and July.

Mr Cristobal is contracted to pay Tong £416 a month for the use of the site.

When contacted by GTN Xtra yesterday, Tong said they were unable to comment in the absence of managing director Ron Harker, who was in meetings.
