Our team of judges have their Christmas jumpers at the ready to start the judging process for GTN’s Greatest Christmas Awards 2024.

If you think your Christmas teams are the best in the business, now’s the time to get them nominated for GTN’s Greatest Christmas Awards 2024 and prepare for your customers to vote for you too.

There are categories to recognise display teams, Christmas Trees sales teams, marketing teams and after 19,000 votes were registered last year we will once again be running the public vote for The Greatest Christmas Teams across the country, as decided purely by garden centre customers.

It's simple to take part, all you have to do is nominate your teams for the award categories below in an e-mail to trevor@pottingshedpress.co.uk including a few words about why our team of judges should come and meet your team and a photo or two that we can include in our GTN Xtra Christmas photo galleries. The closing date for nominations to guarantee a visit from our judges is Monday 4^th  November 2024.

*The Group Garden Centre awards are for centres that are part of groups with 5 or more centres

Judging visits will take place during November and December with the winners being announced on The Stage at Spring Fair on Monday 3rd February 2025.

The public vote will start during November with full details, voting forms and poster artwork available in the GTN Xtra e-mail newsletter later this month.

Two of our judges, Neil and Nicci Gow made an early visit to Old Railway Line Garden centre last week to present the 5 Greatest Christmas Awards they won last year, but were unable to attend the presentatiosn at Spring Fair.  Make sure you have Monday 3rd Februray 2025 in your diaries so that you can be there to collect your accolades and make the most of the marketing and team motivation opportunities.
