Grow your own off to a fast start

Grow your own appears to be heading for a busy year if volume sales of Veg-2-Gro lines in the EPOS data supplied every week to GTN Bestsellers is anything to go by.

With one week to go in January, Top 50 volume sales have already beaten Janury 2018 levels and are only just shy of 2019 and 2020 levels. It will be a record January for sales of seed potatoes, onion sets and veg seeds!

Highlights of the week were:

  • Taylors Onion Sets Sturon were the highest chart climber, up 32 places to No 4.
  • Taylors Seed Potatoes Taster Pack Pentland Javelin re-entered the GTN Chart at No 11.
  • Taylors Seed Potatoes Taster Pack Maris Bard was the highest new chart entry at No 39.
