Posh sheds are thriving
Gardening charity Thrive has received a brand new shed. It’s not any old shed though, it is a Posh Shed.

The charity has received a Ludlow shed from The Posh Shed Company, which measures a compact 4ft by 3ft and features a gothic style window. It is currently being used for storage but Thrive will soon move it to use as a sales kiosk at its open days. The shed was donated to the charity by one of its supporters.

Thrive is the leading charity in the UK using gardening to change the lives of disabled people. The charity uses gardening to bring about positive changes in the lives of people living with disabilities or ill health, or who are isolated, disadvantaged or vulnerable. They achieve this by running gardening programmes for people through its centres in Berkshire, London, Birmingham and Gateshead.

The Posh Shed Company designs and hand-builds beautiful, wooden sheds using only the highest quality products.  With standard designs and a bespoke, made-to-order service, all available in a range of colours, a Posh Shed Company shed complements any style of garden. The Posh Shed Company does not just make sheds, they also produce storage solutions, outdoor cupboards, bird boxes, garden planters, and even a smokehouse!

Richard Frost, CEO of the Posh Shed Company, said: “We do all we can at The Posh Shed Company to promote the benefits of getting out in the garden so are delighted that one of our sheds has been donated to Thrive. It is a fantastic charity doing some great work.”

The Ludlow Posh Shed will be on display at Thrive’s open days will take place at its Beech Hill garden in Berkshire on Thursday 18th August and Friday 16th September.
