Gardening for Children - what a great opportunity for garden centres to help during the emergency

Now that schools are closed many parents will be looking to get their children gardening as an activity to keep them entertained and learning.  What a great opportunity for gardening, a whole cohort of children could be enthused in growing and spending time in the garden as the spirit of Dig for Victory is rejuvinated.

Lee Connolly, The Skinny Jean Gardener, starts a daily Kids Gardening Facebook Live broadcast between 10 and 11am on Monday, hosted by Flymo:  https://www.facebook.com/FlymoOfficial/

Westland Horticulture are uploading project videos via YoubTube and their facebook page.

How are you helping your customers get their children gardening during the Emergency?  Send us your initiatives and we'll pass them on to other centres - it's good to share!  Send to trevor.pfeiffer@tgcmc.co.uk
