HTA Technology Conference – Using technology to grow

The exciting line-up continues to grow for the HTA Technology Conference on 24 February at Cranmore Park, Solihull. Added to the speaking mix is Jo Hailey from Striking Places who will show you how you can create an experience before visitors arrive with a virtual tour of your centre or showroom online with Google Street View technology. Jo’s talk will also look at the future of technology and how you can use this to showcase your business, provide uninterrupted access to your premises online, and increase customer engagement.

Jo is an accomplished photographer with over 30 years’ experience, shooting in both traditional film and digital formats and specializes in PR photography and working closely with clients to produce quality marketing imagery. She loves to experiment with different cameras and lenses and is always first to try out new digital photographic techniques. This keen entrepreneurial drive and an instinctive creative flare have combined to build a successful business and an impeccable reputation and we look forward to her inspiring talk.

Our headline partner, CSY Retail Systems, are also looking forward to the exciting talks and getting more centres to embrace technology, Deanna Vine, Account Manager commented…

"CSY are keen that garden centres make the most of the technology available to them.  This will enable them to compete with other retailers in an increasingly challenging market.  We strongly support the HTA’s approach to helping garden centres achieve this through the Technology Conference."

Alongside our headline partner CSY Retail Systems, the conference will also be supported by a number of exhibitors including conference partner, Swan Retail, and exhibitor partners YourCash, Citation, HTA Insurance, NedFox and B to B links, who will all be on hand to offer advice and various business solutions.

The line-up also includes Naomi Langford-Wood, independent business specialist, Phill Blundell, CEO of Eagle Eye, HTA Market Information Manager, Dave Denny, Terri Jones, Joy of Plants and Retailer panellists from Willowbrook, Ben Reid and Ruskington and Belton Garden Centres.

A full programme showing all sessions and speakers can be found on the HTA website:
