Sunshine and crowds for Westland at Balmoral Show

The sunshine and the crowds were out for Westland Horticulture this week at Northern Ireland’s largest agricultural event, The Balmoral Show.

This is the first year that Westland have attended the show, which saw crowds in excess of 90,000 pass through the entrance. Sponsoring the Garden Village, Westland is the perfect fit for the Show, which this year celebrated NI’s Year of Food and Drink.

Keith Nicholson, Marketing Director for Westland said: “Both the sunshine and the crowds were out for the whole event.

“We were delighted to pledge our support for the show by not only sponsoring the Garden Village, but also by exhibiting at the event.

“We’re one of the biggest garden manufacturers in the UK and Ireland, but we’re also based just around the corner in Granville.

“We gave garden advice to visitors during each day and showcased our range of products, including the popular Gro-Sure, Aftercut, Unwins and Resolva brands. We would like to thank the show organisers for creating such a fantastic event and also everyone who took the time to come onto the stand.”
