Feed me, feed me more, and more…

Plant feeds are selling faster this summer than ever before. This week’s GTN Bestsellers Garden Products Top 50 has sales volumes higher than any previous August week and almost double the same week from two years ago.

Then within that Top 50, plant feed products account for almost 30% of the Top 50 bestsellers volume. Pots account for just over 20% of the volume and garden lights account for 17%.

Compared with the summer of 2018, plant feed lines this year are selling at 50% higher volumes currently.

  • Evergreen Garden Care Levington Tomorite 1L + 30% Free moves back up to No 1 with a 58% increase in sales as stocks are replenished.
  • Woodlodge Spang Pot 6 inch is the weeks highest chart climber, up 34 places to No 13.
  • Hozelock’s Hose Gun Starter Set is the weeks highest re-entry at No 21, one of six watering lines to be in the Top 50 Bestsellers for the week.
