WIldlife world

Wildlife World wanted to let you know what actions they’ve put in place to reduce the impact of the virus on our business, and how they can help you!

Vanessa Marshall, Sales Manager said: "We hope that you, your family and your teams are safe and well at this difficult time

"We wanted to make contact with you to reassure you of a series of actions we’ve put in place to reduce the impact of the virus on our business, and ensure good service levels for all our customers.

"We have oogd levels of stocks of our most popular products. Stock of new products that have now arrived with us too (e.g. OASIS bird bath, new CAM1080 Wireless Wildlife Observation Camera, etc).

"Our dispatch operations has been split into 2 teams to ensure that any impact of Covid-19 will not impair our ability to dispatch products to our customers. Back up of fulfilment workers from our workshop team can fill in for our dispatch team, if illness strikes on a more significant level.

"We have set up “home working” administration services, enabling our teams to carry on helping customers with both processing of orders and helping with marketing support (e.g. providing videos that supports the use our products).

"Lastly, to remind you of our ability to drop ship products, which may help you if you are increasing your online offering?

"Our sales teams may well have been in touch with you already, and please don't hesitate to contact them if there's anything you think we can help with.

"In the meantime, if I can be of any assistance to you, my contact details are: Vanessa@wildlifeworld.co.uk

"Our best wishes from all at Wildlife World."
