Wild Bird Care gets competitive

Wild Bird Care Top 50 sales volumes continue to run ahead of last year by 15% but they are not catching up with sales levels from 2020 and 2019 just yet.

This week’s GTN Wild Bird Care chart includes lines from nine different brands which is a huge difference from the chart back in 2018 when Gardman accounted for 45 of the Top 50 lines and only three other brands got a look in.

Highlights of the week were:

  • Tom Chambers Classic Seed Blend 3.75kg sits at the top of the chart this week.
  • Westland Peckish Fat Snax Box No Grow x 50 drops one place to No 2.
  • Henry Bell Essentials Seed Mix 2kg moves up 6 places to No 5.
  • Gardman Seed Mix 12.7kg sits at No 5, it was the No 2 Bestseller in 2018.
  • Johnston & Jeff Calciworm 1kg is the highest re-entry at No 19.
