Plans announced for new garden centre development

Mo-Lawn, a landscape supplies and services operating throughout Scotland, has announced plans for a new garden centre near Dublane.

In a statement on its website headlined The Victories Park Rural Hub, the company says: “After 30 years in business we are excited about a new proposal we have and in conjunction with Kippendavie Estates...as new garden centre. Offering a wide variety of plants, trees, shrubs, bedding plants etc. The centre shop will also showcase stock food asndf crafts from local trades.”

The plans  comprise a garden centre including plant sales, restaurant, craft workshop and rural larder. A fuel station, including electric vehicle charging points and car park, is also part of the scheme.

The statement adds: “The proposed development would not only provide local employment and commerce opportunities but also a much-needed local service in the fuel and vehicle charging station.

“All of this at Ladys Mount just outside Dunblane on the B8033 with easy access to both Dunblane town centre and the A9 directly.

“We welcome any views, comments and ideas on our proposal prior to our full planning permission for the project, please e-mail us on enquiries@molawn.com with your contact details and any message and we will respond to your query.”
