Award-winning Hydrangea to feature in 2020 catalogue

Wyevale Nurseries has announced that the RHS Chelsea Plant of the Year for 2018 will feature in its 2020 retail catalogue.

The company potted a small trial batch of Hydrangea ‘Runaway Bride Snow White’ for 2019 and only has about 300 left for retailers but a large quantity will be available in 2020.

Colin Stanley, Retail Sales Manager at Wyevale Nurseries in Hereford, explained: “Hydrangea ‘Runaway Bride Snow White’ is one of the most floriferous and vigorous hydrangeas. It has masses of white lace cap flowers with a hint of pale pink and has six times more flowers than the average hydrangea.

“The confetti like flowers form in garlands along the full length of the stem at every leaf joint. It flowers from late spring/early summer well into autumn. The plants will be supplied in distinctly branded green pots featuring the name of the product with a bridal silhouette.

“Hydrangea ‘Runaway Bride Snow White’ is one of many new introductions featured in our 2020 catalogue, which will be launched at this year’s HTA National Plant Show in June. Retailers can pre order now for delivery in June 2020.”
