Hozelock has announced the appointment of Simon Davies as CEO.

Simon previously held the role of Group Sales and Marketing Director at Hozelock and will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.

Previous Hozelock CEO, Marc Ballu is moving to the newly created position of CEO Garden Retail Activity for Exel Industries with responsibility for all of the Group’s Garden businesses and Tricoflex.

Speaking of his appointment, Simon said: “I’m delighted to be taking on this new challenge, especially at such an exciting time for the business.

“Innovation has always been at the heart of Hozelock and as we look ahead to 2023 we already have a number of exciting products in the pipeline, including the Solar-Heated Shower, the 3 in 1 Nozzle and the AquaSave Sprinkler. I look forward to seeing how these products are received by both retailers and gardeners alike.”
