Coolings Rising Star Sophie loves responsibility

Sophie Liebthal, General Shop Assistant at Coolings Rushmore Hill

“I love having more responsibility”.  That’s the driving motivation for Sophie Liebthal who joined Coolings 6 years ago, starting as a Saturday girl while at sixth form.  From being “just a till operator” to a Rising Stars finalist it’s been quite a journey for Sophie.

Sophie explained “as a result of Rising Stars now I've got confidence to do more and I know my ideas could be successful.   We got sales increases so everyone happy with the changes and the results, even Shop Manager Brian Archibald.”

Coolings MD, Garry Carvasso said: “Sophie has grown, she shines.  Rising Stars has made her more receptive to new ideas, we are seeing a big difference.  Thank you to Westland who have made it all possible.”
