East Sussex garden and nursery sold to private buyer

Merriments Garden & Nursery in East Sussex has been sold to a private buyer in a transaction handled by Quinton Edwards.

The popular centre display gardens and plant nursery, which are open to the public, have been run for many years by David Weeks who is now looking forward to new challenges.

Mr Weeks said he was delighted with the way Quinton Edwards handled the sale and was impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and the support throughout the marketing and sale process.

Merriments was named by garden writer Helen Yemm in the Daily Telegraph as one of her top gardens to visit. Merriments is also an RHS Partner Garden, offering free admission for RHS members.
