Onion sets and seed potatoes selling through
 
Onion sets and seed potatoes have started selling through this week as displays are finished and stocks located in high footfall areas. Stuttgarter is once again the most popular onion for early starters with Pentland Javelin being the most picked up seed potato.  Beetroot Boltardy is as usual the most popular seed for the start of the year.

The other main highlights this week were:
  • Taylors Onion Sets Sturon was the highest re-entry at No 4.
  • Taylors Shallots Golden Gourmet was another line returning to the chart.
  • Kapiteyn Onion Set Stuttgarter Giant  was the highest new entry at No 19.
  • Thompson & Morgan Leek Musselburgh Improved was the highest climber, jumping 19 places to No 16.
