GCA Best Garden Centre Restaurant 2017 - Fron Goch or Squires Shepperton?

While GTN Xtra's Newshound was sniffing around trying to find out the details of who would be stepping in to help out while new inspector Hedley Triggs is unable to inspect this season he spotted a change in the list of GCA winners for 2017.

At conference in January, Squires Shepperton (below) were presented with the award for the Best Garden Centre Restaurant but that award is now listed as being won by Fron Goch on the GCA website.  Indeed on the Fron Gioch website there is a picture of them being presented with the award by GCA Chairman Julian WInfield.

As this issue of GTN Xtra went to press Newshound hadn't receieved any comment back from the GCA or Fron Goch.  Hopefully he will be able to sniff that out in time for next weeks edition. Give that dog a bone...
