Bents introduces new virtual shopping service

Bents Garden & Home has launched a new virtual service to help make shopping for garden furniture a little easier during these changing times. The virtual personal shopping appointments have been created for those customers who are looking for a new piece of garden furniture but, due to current circumstances, would rather shop from the comfort of their own homes.

The appointments are made with one of Bents’ outdoor living experts, who can talk customers through this year’s outdoor living collection, including all furniture suites and individual items as well as Bents’ extensive range of BBQs.  They can help customers choose the perfect look to bring style and comfort to the outside areas of the home.

As well as suggesting the best products to suit style, space and household requirements Bents will ensure all measurements are taken and checked to ensure products will suit needs and available space.  All arrangements for delivery will be made during the appointment, or the option of Click and  Collect is also available.

Says Matthew Bent, Managing Director at the family owned and run Centre: “It definitely seems as though the country is starting to take small steps back to a bit of normality, but there’s still a long way to go and for many online shopping continues to be a huge help.  When it comes to those larger items it’s really important to get it right, which is why we’ve introduced this new service.  It allows our customers to not only see our full range of products but ask as many questions as they need to make sure whatever they choose is perfect for their space.”

Appointments can be booked by calling the store on 01942 266300 extension 461 or 462, to speak with one of Bents’ outdoor living colleagues and book a time which is convenient to meet virtually.

Appointments are currently available on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Time slots available: 9-10am, 10-11am, 11-12pm, 4-5pm.
