Alton Garden Centre has decided to leave the Tillington Group on 30th September.

Derek Bunker stated: “We have had many fantastic years with the group but Tillington is now moving in a direction that is no longer suitable for Alton Garden Centre. Therefore, we have taken the difficult decision to step away from the group and focus on our business.”

James Evans from Ruxley Manor and Tillington chairman, commented: “Alton, with Andy and Derek Bunker in particular, have been a great addition to Tillington over the years but we fully understand their reasons for stepping away and we thank them for their input and wish them the best of luck for the future. Tillington is at an exciting stage, with some great new initiatives and so we look forward to continuing to drive the group forward.”
