Matthew Algie to showcase its Spring offering

Leading specialist coffee roaster, Matthew Algie, will return to Northern Restaurant and Bar – the largest trade exhibition for the northern hospitality industry – this March.

Matthew Algie is a well-established coffee shop authority, supplying coffee, machines, training and industry insight to thousands of operators across the UK and Ireland.

A wide range of coffees will be served through the espresso and filter machines at the stand. We’ll also unveil a brand new suite of Matthew Algie point of sale to help drive coffee footfall for our customers.

In addition, the show will also see the UK launch of our Espresso Warehouse spring/summer range, including the latest Suki Teas and the new Coffee Gator brewer – perfect for table service. Visitors will also be able to sample the new range of Brown Bag Crisps – never available in supermarkets. And for restaurants and bars looking to expand their beverage offering with speciality drinks, the stand will showcase iced coffee recipes – from flavoured iced lattes to our brand new Iced Citrus Americano.

Meanwhile, for those looking for insider tips, a team of coffee specialists from Matthew Algie will be on hand to talk about everything from coffee trends and menu development to selecting the perfect machine and getting the most from staff training.

Andrew Jack, Head of Marketing at Matthew Algie, commented: “A strong hot beverage offering is becoming increasingly important to consumers and is essential for restaurant and bar operators to increase trip spend and win loyalty. Our experts will be on hand to help and inspire operators to develop an offering that is just right for their business, while helping them stand out from competitors.”

Matthew Algie will be located at stand D11.  Northern Restaurant and Bar runs from 21st – 22nd March 2017 at Manchester Central.
