Pots sales uplift

Christmas footfall certainly looks to be benefitting Garden Products sales more than ever this year.  Thirty-nine out of the GTN Bestsellers Top 50 Garden products saw sales increases week on week with the Top 50 total up by a dazzling 70% on last year for the same week.

Pots and pot related products are the big shift year on year.  Last year they made up 16% of the Top 50 Garden Product lines, this year they account for 34%, the major share of the chart.

  • Woodlodge Spang Pot 4 inch was the highest re-entry at No 9.
  • Woodlodge Pot Feet Large lifted up the chart 36 places to No 7.
  • Fountasia Robin Pot Stick was the highest new entry of the week at No 12.  It would appear customers are looking for more than just plants to put in their pots!
