Welcome boost for garden product sales

Garden products that cross into and fit the Christmas theme provided a welcome  boost to sales as footfall benefited from no snow last weekend.

Decorative Robins continue to sell in high volumes along with garden lights.

A surge in sales of crates occurred in the GTN Bestsellers EPOS data, perhaps they are being bought to make hampers as well as for use as planters!

Highlights of the week were:

  • Apta’s Bethersford Grey Crate 25cm was the highest re-entry at No 16, one of four Bethersford crate lines in the Top 50.
  • Fountasia’s Robin Pot Stick and Smart Garden’s Rocky Robin are the latest Robin garden decorations to enter the GTN Bestsellers chart.
  • Fito Drip Feeder for Poinsettia & Christmas Cactus 32ml only reached No 11 this week when last year they were at No 1.  Are you making the most of this key seasonal linked sale?
