Award-winning reputation grows for leading garden centre

Dobbies has been presented with the ‘Best Multiple Garden Retailer’ Award at this year’s Houseware Innovation Awards.

The Housewares Innovation Awards is organised by Housewares magazine publisher, Datateam Business Media. The Awards celebrate the collective achievements of the housewares sector, recognising and rewarding innovative manufacturers and creative retailers helping the industry thrive. The awards are run in partnership with the UK’s number one home and gift show for the retail industry, Spring Fair.

With 69 centres across the UK, the accolade cements Dobbies award-winning status, having been presented the highest accolade and overall ‘Best Trade Stand’ at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2019. Dobbies will be returning to Chelsea in 2020 with exciting plans.

Dobbies Chief Executive, Graeme Jenkins said, ‘We are delighted to have won this particular award at this year’s Housewares Innovation Awards as it is the ultimate recognition by industry experts within a tough category. The award really is testament to the hard work and dedication by the wider team, and a positive start to a busy and exciting Spring. Congratulations to our fellow award-winners and a huge thank you to the judges.’

The awards are run in partnership with the UK’s number one home and gift show for the retail industry, Spring Fair and took place at the NCC, Birmingham where comedian Tom Ward hosted the show.
