Thompson & Morgan launches new app

Thompson & Morgan has launched a new gardening app, which gives its customers added flexibility when buying online.

T&M says its passion to provide an excellent shopping experience for all its customers continues with the app’s launch, which has the same familiar look, feel and functionality as the company’s website.

With the average UK adult spending 3 hours 45 mins a day on their phone – checking their device 63 times per day – the mobile shopping experience has never been more important, added T&M.

The new T&M app is very easy to use and shop through, offering users a one stop shop for the entire product range.

The app features access to articles and advice designed to help customers get the most from their gardens.

Timely push notifications will keep users up-to-date with new product launches, so they’re among the first to know about exciting new additions to T&M’s range.

Customers signed up to the app benefit from exclusive app-only discounts and instant access to promotions and special offers.

App users will also benefit from seasonal gardening advice, hints and tips through timely push notifications.

Customers can use the app to manage account queries and maintain their account.

T&M plan to add lots of new features and tools to further enhance its customers’ mobile shopping experience, which will become available via their app over the coming season.

The app is initially available via the Apple App Store and Google Play as a free to download app with no subscription required.
