Notcutts Chairman Nicky Dulieu is stepping down

Notcutts Group Ltd has today announced that their Chairman, Nicky Dulieu is leaving the business at the end of February 2020.

Nicky commented “I am immensely proud of everything the business has achieved since I joined back in October 2014, and I have been honoured to lead such a talented Board.  The business is in great shape with a newly refreshed brand, a new website, most centres redeveloped and a real focus on customer service and horticulture expertise.

“I am now looking to spend more time with my family and in my own garden as well as taking on two new non-executive roles, one with Marshalls Motor Holdings, and the other with a FTSE 250 company.”

Vice Chairman Caroline Notcutt, who is leading the search for a new Chairman to replace Nicky, commented “I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Nicky to develop a strong Board, insightful family ownership, and in developing a clear and exciting strategy for the business.

“On behalf of all our colleagues and family I would like to thank Nicky for her caring and inspired leadership and commitment to our business over the last 5 years.”
