Vote for Greenfingers this afternoon in the BBC/ RHS People's Choice Award

Can we harness the power of garden centre and garden supplier social media to get the Greenfingers Charity Garden voted as The Peoples Choice for RHS Chelsea 2019?

Having volunteered on the garden yesterday and spoken to hundreds of visitors, without exception their response to the garden was astounding. They all thought the mix of greens, creams, whites and pale yellows were very appealing and loved the air of tranquility created.  When you add into that talking to them about the fundraising and garden building that the charity does the feedback is so warm and amazing.  All of the people I spoke to yesterday said they would vote for the garden so we are well on the way. We just need your vote too, please.

The garden is the most beautiful, most accessible, most useful garden at Chelsea 2019 and therefore deserves the vote of everyone who has supported Greenfingers over the years and everyone who believe's that more beautiful and useful gardens should be built at Children's hospices across the UK.

The garden was made possible by an anonymous donor who wanted the profile of the charity to be raised, that means we've been able to get all of the fantastic coverage this week without having to spend any of the money raised for creating gardens.  Winning the BBC/ RHS People's Choice Award would be the icing on the cake!

Please vote yourself by using this link:  https://www.rhs.org.uk/shows-events/rhs-chelsea-flower-show/Peoples-Choice

Voting closes at 9:30pm this evening, Thursday 23rd May 2019.  The result will be announced on Friday 24 May at 8pm during the Chelsea coverage on BBC One.

If you are able to, please could you include this in your social media too.  Thank you.

We'll publish more news from Chelsea in GTN Xtra this weekend, see you then.
