When will garden centre sales peak in 2019?

Nobody expected us to get the same record peaks as last year during the second week of May, and hopefully nobody set their budgets at that level, because the great British weather and those persistent North Easterly winds put paid to any thought of a super busy Bank Holiday week.

Fortunately, we are still in the positive year to date, up 7% on last year and just above 2017 levels too.

With planterias well stocked and looking great, all we need is for the wind to change and, whisper it, perhaps we may see record sales levels for the Bank Holiday at the end of the month.
