At Glee 2022, Smart Garden Products launched a wide range of new products for 2023, expanding the entire range, including the popular Useful, Smart Solar and Outside In ranges, as well as debuting Havana, a new brand for outdoor heating.
The response was positive and beyond all expectations, with the range now being rolled out across many of our customers, ready for Spring.
Over the last three years gardens have become adopted as the ideal settings for both socialising and relaxing. To ensure those good times and get-togethers can last as long as possible into the evenings, Smart have launched the incredible Havana Outdoor Heating collection, with the tag line “Feel the Heat”. The Havana range encompasses a comprehensive range of firepits, chimeneas and electric heating, including portable, easy clean and log store options, which make the perfect outdoor centrepieces. With a wide array of sizes, finishes, and price points, it is easier than ever for customers to spend time outside all year round!
Winner of the 2022 GIMA award for Best Consumer Product Packaging, the Useful garden sundries range covers everything you need to make gardening easier and enjoyable, now with recyclable packaging and no single use plastic! The collection covers growing, tying, fixing and tidying with colour coded packaging for easy identification. Products including plant labels, greenhouse essentials, wire snips, leaf grabbers and gutter mesh; there truly is a Useful item for every job around the garden.
Our Outside In Designs range now extends from clocks and mirrors to lanterns and doormats, perfect for those finishing touches for your home and garden. Doormats and rugs are the stars of this year’s Outside In Collection with a whopping 39 new products! There are stunning new designs in the ever-popular Décor and Ritzy Rugs as well as the on-trend Alfresco collection. These versatile rugs and blankets are made from recycled plastic, easy to clean and suitable for both outdoors and indoors. No wonder they won the GIMA 2022 award for Sustainability Champion!
Of course, it wouldn’t be Smart without some stunning new Solar products. This year we have launched a new Hybrid Power concept into our Water Features range, whereby a combination of solar and battery power automatically switches power source to maximise operating time and a consistent water flow, even on cloudy days. Now that is really Smart!
There are initially five new designs using this technology, with more to follow. In lighting, the best-selling Cool Flame collection has some new additions, including the Urbane Flaming Stake Light, Festival Lantern, and the beautiful Fiesta Balloon, providing the ambience of candlelight in your garden without the heater danger of areal flame!
