Pentland Plants has said farewell to Fenella Crichton, wishing her a very happy retirement. She has been a huge part of the family business for 10 years.

The company’s Caroline Spray said: “You will all know her if you have ever been in our plant area as that’s where Fenella was absolutely brilliant at helping and guiding folk as to what to plant where in their gardens to get the best results. 

“She is a real plants woman and has been all over the world visiting special gardens and flowers. I don’t think there’s been a works night out that she hasn’t been at the centre of loving life and making sure we all do too! 

“She’s become a good friend and part of the Spray family, seeing many big changes to the garden centre over the years and I’m sure she will be popping in regularly to see us all. 

“We will miss you so much Fenella but I know you will have a very busy and exciting next chapter in your life, lots of love and best wishes Carolyn and all the Pentland team.”
