Veg peak on the horizon

Suttons’ grafted plants dominate the GTN Bestsellers Veg-2-Gro chart this week, holding on to the top six places, three of which are tomato varieties.

Tomato Elegance holds on to top spot for another week while F1 Lizzano is the highest re-entry at No 3 and Juanita is at No 4.

Another grafted tomato from Suttons is this week’s highest climber. Tomatoberry has jumped 37 places to No 8. Other popular varieties include Cupido and Belriccio.

Taylors have six onion sets in the Top 20, headed by Red Baron at No 5. Stuttgarter moves up to No 9 while Sturon, Stur BC 20, Hercules F1 and Centurion F1 have all seen increases in sales.

There are some notable re-entries:
  • Unwins Seed Potatoes Maris Piper (No 19).
  • KinderGarden Strawberry Elan (No 22).
In a normal spring the next two weeks are the peaks for Veg-2-Gro products – this year it could be a week or two later. Are you ready with everything they might need?
