GARDENA announces Giovanna Fletcher as ambassador

GARDENA has announced bestselling author, actress, presenter and podcast host Giovanna Fletcher as its newest ambassador, fronting a new collaboration that will spotlight smarter gardening solutions while supporting the brand’s partnership with UNICEF.

As part of the collaboration, Giovanna will work with GARDENA across a series of campaigns focused on making garden irrigation easier and more efficient for modern families, while also helping raise awareness of the importance of access to clean and safe water, sanitation and hygiene for children and families around the world.

GARDENA is supporting UNICEF in its efforts to provide safe water, access to basic sanitation and good hygiene practices to vulnerable children, families and communities. This helps ensure that children can survive and are safe from infectious diseases – so that they can have a bright and happy future.

Giovanna Fletcher’s work is rooted in authenticity, family values and advocacy for parents, women and children. Throughout her career, she has built a trusted connection with audiences by speaking openly about motherhood, homelife, and the everyday challenges many families face.

Sharing GARDENA and UNICEF’s ambition to support children and families and ensure every child has the opportunity to grow up safe, healthy and supported, Giovanna is a natural fit to help amplify the campaign’s message and inspire greater awareness of the life-changing impact access to clean water has in areas that need it most.

Sarah Bentham, UK Marketing Manager at GARDENA, said: “Giovanna Fletcher’s authentic approach and long-standing advocacy for children and families make her a natural partner for GARDENA, and we are delighted to welcome her as an ambassador. Through this collaboration, we’re excited to work together to encourage more thoughtful and efficient ways to care for our outdoor spaces, while also helping raise awareness of important global issues connected to access to safe and clean water.

“At GARDENA, water is central to everything we do, which is why our partnership with UNICEF is so meaningful to us. Together with Giovanna and UNICEF, we hope to inspire greater awareness of the life-changing impact that access to clean and safe water, sanitation and hygiene can have for children, families and communities around the world.”
