New Plant Barn opens at Northants shopping village
The Plant Barn has opened at Heart Of The Shires Shopping Village in Northamptonshire.
The Hunt family purchased the shopping village site in 2017 and endured four years of planning negotiation. The build expansion of the site has taken two year.
Phase one of the development – The Plant Barn – opened this week. Phase two – a brick built courtyard and seven addition rental units – will open in March 2025. Three units are still available for rent.
The Hunt family also own and operate Whilton Locks Garden Village just 1.5 miles up the A5, now into their 20th trading year. Their ice rink opens on the 15th November with a Children In Need Pudsey Bear Donate & Skate evening, £5 per session with all proceeds going to Children In Need.
