The GTN Bestsellers Growing Media chart has revealed there is still some planting activity going on among gardeners, especially with potting and repotting compost posting good sales at this time of year.
There are signs that smaller bags are being bought – perhaps they’re being purchased as Christmas presents. For instance, the 10-litre bag of Westland West+ Container & Basket Compost & 4 month Feed has seen encouraging sales, to become the highest new entry at No 36.
