New Sinclair appointments strengthen sales team

Sinclair, part of Westland Horticulture, has announced the appointment of two highly experienced members to its sales team – Adam Price and John Crinall. They will support the development and growth of the brand in key regions across the UK, bringing a wealth of horticultural expertise and industry knowledge.

Adam Price joins Sinclair as Sales Manager for the South West, and brings with him over 20 years’ hands-on experience in the horticulture industry. A graduate of Pershore Horticulture College, Adam began his career producing annual and perennial plug plants, and later progressed into commercial roles. Throughout his career, Adam has built long-standing relationships with a wide range of customers by delivering high-quality products and support.

Adam Price commented: "I am looking forward to the new challenge of working with Sinclair in the South West and I am eager to help growers in the region produce high-quality yields season after season."

John Crinall has been appointed as Sales Manager for the North East & Scotland, and brings over 30 years’ horticultural experience to Sinclair, with a career that spans roles in sales, manufacturing, and distribution. His in-depth product knowledge covers everything from hardy nursery stock plants to fertilisers, and his understanding of growers' needs positions him as a trusted advisor to customers.

John Crinall added: "Having the best growing media is essential for starting a successful crop, and I’m thrilled to be joining the Sinclair team to offer our customers the solutions they need. Sinclair’s excellent range of products, combined with leading technical expertise, makes the brand the first choice for providing solutions for all crops and growing systems.”

Andrea Marshall, Head of Professional Growing Media for Sinclair,

commented: “Both Adam and Johns’ appointments reinforce Sinclair’s commitment to providing expert support to growers across the UK, helping to optimise our customers’ growing operations. Sinclair has a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, and both Adam and Johns’ experience and passion will be invaluable to our business during this critical phase of industry development.”
