Cyclamen sales just managed to hold off a big increase in pansy sales to retain the No 1 Bestselling plant spot in the GTN Plants Sales chart at the start of September.
This time last year Pansies were at No 1. They increased sales by 16% this week but that wasn’t quite enough to usurp cyclamen.
- Dryopteris ferns had another week of good sales increases, moving up 16 places to No 9 this week.
- Crytomium ferns also sold well to be a new chart entry at No 26.
- Euonymus were the highest re-entry, back in at No 30.
- All Plants volume sales change: Week on week DOWN 12.1%. Year to date UP 8.8% on 2017
