Seed sowing gets sales growing
 

Seed sowing in greenhouses and indoors is the big driver for growing media sales this week. 


Three seed compost lines all increased their sales by over 100% as keen gardeners get sowing for early season growing.


Highlights were:

  • Westland John Innes Seed, 30 litres is the highest chart climber, up 25 places to No 10.
  • Scotts Levington John Innes No2, 25 litres, is a re-entry at No 22.
  • Scotts Levington John Innes Seed Compost, 8 litres, grew sales by 113% to re-enter at No 46.
