Shortlist for RHS Chelsea Plant of the Year 2024

An impressive 21 plants have been shortlisted for this year’s RHS Chelsea Plant of the Year competition. The top three will be announced on Sunday 19 May giving garden centres an extra day to prepare for customers wanting the show’s winner.

In a change to previous years, votes submitted by RHS Committee members have been done remotely. This, says the RHS, has resulted in a much more robust result with many more experts casting a vote compared to previous years when only those able to be at the show on the particular day could take part.

All 21 plants will be exhibited at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in the Great Pavilion.
