After the record breaking, and season saving, bumper May for garden centre sales last year no-one expected May 2019 to top that. GTN Bestsellers Epos data analysis reveals the month ended 9.4% down on 2018 but 5% higher than the average for May between 2011 and 2019.
With all the growing activity that has started this spring there should be plenty of reasons for customers to re-visit their garden centre and spend more, so we look forward to reporting good sales this month.
