Mere Park Garden Centre: clarification

In a report in the 3 August edition of GTN Xtra, it was erroneously stated that Malcolm Scott Consultants represented Mere Park Garden Centre in a recent court case hearing relating to a planning appeal. Malcolm Scott Consultants wish to make it clear that they were not involved in the case in any way but, in their capacity as planning advisers to the HTA and GCA, wished to bring an important case to the notice of garden centres. Malcolm Scott and GTN apologise for any embarrassment the error may have caused.
