Exclusive launch of Thompson & Morgan's Sprouting Seeds Range

Thompson & Morgan (T&M) has announced a unique partnership with The Milk Shed Café – a beloved local café located just 0.7 miles from T&M's head office, in Ipswich, Suffolk.

This exciting collaboration marks the launch of T&M’s new line of Sprouting Seeds, which is set to inspire gardeners and food enthusiasts alike.

T&M has been at the forefront of the gardening industry for over 160 years - consistently providing customers with high-quality products and expert advice - and its new range of sprouting seeds embodies the company's dedication to innovation and quality.

These seeds, packaged in elegant, high-end retail packaging, not only highlight each seed variety but also inspire the customer - encouraging consumers to incorporate fresh, nutritious home-grown sprouts into their meals.

The Milk Shed Café, situated a short distance from T&M's headquarters, is a staple in the local community. Known for its cosy atmosphere and delectable homemade dishes, the café shares T&M’s commitment to quality and community. The Milk Shed Café incorporates sprouting seeds into their menu, offering customers a taste of the freshly picked, vitamin-packed sprouts in various dishes.

Head of B2B Sales Manager, Sarah Dodsworth, commented: “Sprouting seeds are extremely nutritious and easy to grow - you only need a windowsill. Many people eat these without realising when dining out. We wanted our photography on the packets to inspire and capture the end consumer's imagination for how they could use these if grown at home. We were especially keen to collaborate with The Milk Shed Café, just a short walk from our head office, to highlight and promote one of the many wonderful small businesses in our local community.”

Café owner, Lucy, said: “We were delighted when T&M asked if we’d like to work with them on their launch of the sprouting seeds range. We are a small independent business and collaborating with a leading national retailer is a great achievement for us.”
