HTA offices go on the market ahead of planned move

The HTA plan to move into bigger, more suitable premises in the Theale, Berkshire, area once the existing offices they have occupied  in Theale High Street since 1982 have been sold, it was confirmed this week.

The sale was advertised by commercial agents Quintons last week-end. The two-storey offices occupy almost 730 sq.m on a 0.4-acre site, which has 31 parking spaces at the rear.

Quintons say the offices could be purchased as they stand or for re-development.
