Durstons says farewell to long-standing team members

Durston Garden Products is marking the retirement of two long-standing members of its extended team, Richard Barrow and Lynn Linter, thanking them both for their commitment, support and contribution to the family business.

Richard Barrow has been part of the Durstons story since 2015, representing the company as Sales Agent across the South East of England. Over more than a decade, Richard has played an important role in looking after existing customers, developing new relationships and helping to grow Durstons’ presence across the region.  Known for his reliability, dependability and larger-than-life personality, Richard has built strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike, becoming a familiar face and valued ambassador for the Durstons brand.

Durstons is also saying goodbye to Lynn Linter, who has supported the business as its bookkeeper since 2019 playing an important role in the day-to-day financial administration of the company.

Dan Durston, Sales Director, said: “Both Richard and Lynn have given so much to Durstons over the years and we are incredibly grateful for everything they have done for the business.

“Richard has been a fantastic representative for us in the South East. He has built some brilliant customer relationships, supported the growth of the business and always brought plenty of personality with him. He will be greatly missed by us and by many of the customers he has worked with over the years.

“Lynn has been a hugely valued and trusted member of the team. Her knowledge, consistency and support have made a real difference over the years, and we will miss having her as part of the business.”

“On behalf of the whole Durstons family and team, I’d like to wish Richard and Lynn a very happy retirement and all the very best for whatever comes next. They will always be part of the Durstons story.”
