As garden centre sales volumes tail off during August, attention is turned to preparations for Glee next month and new product launches in particular.
Garden Trade News is again working with Glee on the New Products Showcase, which this year moves to a new position in the show at the end of the main boulevard in Hall 17.
Entries from exhibitors in 10 categories are pouring in and from what we’ve seen already there are a good number of potential Bestsellers in the mix.

One of last year’s winners, the Hozelock Cloud controller, has gone on to win other awards at the GIMAs and at Chelsea Flower Show, while the Smart Solar Eureka! Light Bulb was selected as a finalist by the judges in 2015 and we all now know that has become a GTN Bestseller of the year!
New for 2016 is the opportunity for the creators of the Top 3 products in each category to meet the judges on Monday afternoon, September 12, to answer questions about their entry before the final winners are announced at 5:15pm.
