Claire Austin has made a triumphant return to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, winning a coveted Chelsea Gold medal for her beautiful ‘Modern Iris Garden’ exhibit.

Her elegant courtyard design of four iris borders with a central olive tree features 40 different varieties of blousy bearded irises, each one in perfect bloom and many making their Chelsea debut.

“I am thrilled to have won Chelsea Gold,” says Claire “I have been away from Chelsea for four years, so to return after a tricky growing season with Gold is wonderful!”
