Grafted veg storm sales chart

The arrival of Suttons’ grafted veg plants last week loosened Quantil’s grip on the Veg2Gro chart in the GTN Bestsellers data, taking five of the top 10 places, with two more within the top 40.  Tomato ‘Sweet Petit’ was the ultimate winner.

  • Tomato ‘Tumbling Tom Yellow’ provided consolation for Quantil, however, proving the week’s highest climber after a rise of nine places to No.37.
  • Sweet Potatoes (below right) are clearly no flash in the pan – the ‘Beauregard’ variety from Suttons re-entered at No.21.
